Levels is a classroom management system that you will eventually stop using! It is meant to help you transition out of extrinsic rewards into an intrinsic approach. This unit teaches middle schoolers all about their acute stress response (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and how to manage it. The lesson starts with a game that will get kids bought into the learning and then it dives into research, strategies, classroom boundaries, and reflection questions. 
 
✨ Behavior Preparation Bootcamp 
This organizer will help you think through behaviors that will probably happen in your classroom BEFORE they happen, therefore allowing you to pre-plan what you'll say and do, so you can respond and not react.
